Axento was created in 2012 in Costa Rica, with the idea of ​​marketing the SuccessFactors solution that had been acquired that same year by SAP for the Central American market, and gradually expanded its presence in other countries in the region (Guatemala in 2013, Panama in 2014 and Honduras in 2015).

Our main solution remains SAP SuccessFactors, with which we have several clients in the region. However, over the years, we have managed to diversify our portfolio of solutions to represent other manufacturers such as Boardvantage (later Nasdaq), Kronos (now UKG), and more recently, with Wepsys and Lookout. In the case of SAP, which remains our main partner, we have had the opportunity to strengthen our relationship by incorporating other solutions that we represent such as Ariba and SAP S/4 HANA. These solutions complement each other and allow us to add more value to our clients.

Likewise, over the years, our team of collaborators has been strengthened with the aim of adding more value to our clients, covering the entire life cycle. We now have a team that allows us to provide quality professional services, with specialists certified by manufacturers, who accompany and add value to our clients, supporting them in the best selection of their solution during the implementation project and, subsequently, in daily operations, with continuous improvement processes and proactive and efficient support schemes.
