A group of Axento consultants participated in the event #Hack2Build organized by SAP to present an innovative solution that contributes to improving one of the administrative processes of employees in their companies.

#Hack2Build is an event series that takes the creativity and speed of a hackathon to the next level, where participants are expected to be able to present the creation of a minimum viable solution offering in terms of an application, accelerator or a solution package. The event series has been running successfully around the world and this time it was organized to cater to the innovative partner ecosystem of Latin America.

The project presented: ExpenSAP 

The purpose of ExpenSAP is to provide employees with a single interface to manage data and other transactions related to basic expenses and get paid on time.

Now that face-to-face meetings and travel are resuming, travel and expense reporting is also returning, so making this routine activity easy and simple for employees is key to improving their experience.

SuccessFactors already has the complete employee information and it is important to be able to integrate it with an application that offers the same level of security and mobility. Below is the flow that was presented for the demonstration:
